Q: Can I host multiple sites/domains with Shared Hosting?
Yes, Each plan can host more than one domain, with the exact number varying per plan. Each plan has unlimited subdomains.

Q: How quickly can my account be ready?
If you provide accurate information at signup, a shared or reseller hosting plan will be activated immediately. The activation time of dedicated hosting depends on the stock of our servers at the time of your order. If we do not have any servers readily available that meet your specifications, we will order one immediately from Dell, so the activation time will depend on their turn-around. If we do have one in stock, it will be ready with one to two days.

Q: Do you allow pornography, or explicit adult content?
We do not allow these types of material on any of our shared or reseller plans. A dedicated server is entirely up to you and how you choose to use it, provided all content is legal within the United States.

Q: Some companies claim to offer "unlimited, or free bandwidth"?
Many things on the Internet are free - bandwidth is not one of them. Be careful of propositions that claim "unlimited bandwidth" and make sure to read the "fine print" - if there is any. Providers offering unlimited bandwidth are often quick to shut down websites when they feel like you've used too much. At TurtleBay Hosting, we do not base decisions on "feelings."
